VJ CRYER October 1, 1934- March 9, 2019 Funeral service and visitation for VJ Cyer age 84 will be Tuesday March 12, 2019 at the Mcnutt Funeral Home at 400 S. First St. Lufkin, Texas. Visitation will be 12 – 2 pm and service starts at 2 pm. Interment will follow in Dunk Havard Cemetery in Saron, Texas. Mr. Cryer died Saturday march 9, 2019 in Lufkin, Texas. He was born to Vestal and Nettie Leviness Cryer on October 1, 1934 in Saron, Texas. He loved being outdoors gardening and mowing with his dogs. Mr. Cryer is survived by his wife of 63 years Charlene Marshall Cryer; Sons Michael and David Cryer; Daughters and son-in-law’s Kathy and LB Williams, Edna and JP Womack, Belinda and Michael Matchett, and Tammie Cryer; 12 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren; Brothers and Sister-in-law Victor and Sandra Cryer, Verlin and Clareen Cryer and Rayford Cryer; Sisters and Brother-in-law Floy and Roy Griffith, Nelda and Buster Alexander. Mr. Cryer is preceded in death by his parents, Sister Cindy Stewart and 5 Grandchildren Pallbearer will be DI, Jeff, and Colton Cryer, Andrew Dorsey, Adam Harvey and Michael Hawley. Bro.
