Brack Emanuel Cotten

Brack Emanuel Cotten 59, of Lufkin, Texas passed away September 7, 2023 in Lufkin, Texas He was born March 4, 1964, in Liberty, Texas to parents, Don and Patricia Hasson Cotten. Brack was a long-time resident of Lufkin, Texas for 34 years where he met his beloved wife, Sheri Patton Cotten. From there he set out to be the best husband, father, and provider. For the past thirteen years, he has been an independent insurance adjuster, working alongside his son, daughter, and daughter-in-law.

Brack was full of life. He was funny and entertaining. He loved God and his family very much. His favorite hobbies were his family and grandchildren. He always tried to make sure everyone was included in anything and everything. Family was very important to him, and he never let a minute go by that he didn’t tell him that he loved them. Brack was well-liked and loved by any and everyone who met him. He always made sure that they knew that they were welcome into his family. His wife, children, and grandchildren were his whole world, they meant everything to him, and he made sure that they knew he loved each and every one of them.

Brack is survived by his wife, Sheri of 33 ½ years, son and daughter-in-law; Seth and Peyton Cotten, daughter, Haley Cotten, daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Ryan Mitchell, grandchildren; Ava Paine, Jaxon Cotten and Ryleigh Cotten, Aspyn Cotten, Cole Mitchell and Logan Mitchell, father and step-mother, Don and Barbara Cotten, sister Susie Bradford, niece, Jennifer Regen, mother and father-in-law Ace and Linda Patton, brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Shelley Powell and brother-in-law Matt Patton
