Charlene Jesse Cryer

Funeral Service and Visitation for Charlene Cryer (age) 83 will be Sunday 17, 2019 at the McNutt Funeral Home at 400 S First St. Lufkin, Texas. Visitation will be 12-2 pm, Service 2-3 pm. Interment will follow in the Dunk Havard Cemetery in Saron, TX Mrs. Cryer died Thursday March 14, 2019 in Cushing, Texas. She was born to Lawrence W. Marshall and Edna Shannon Marshall on October 23, 1935 in Beaumont, Texas. She loved attending church and spending time with her grandkids. Mrs. Cryer is survived by her Brother and sister-in-law Charles and JoAnn Marshall of Lumberton, Texas; sons Michael and David Cryer; Daughters and son-in-law Kathy and LB Williams, Edna and JP Womack, Belinda and Michael Matchett, and Tammie Cryer; 12 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. After 63 years of marriage Mr. and Mrs. Cryer could only be apart for 5 days before reuniting in heaven. Mrs. Cryer is preceded in death by her parents Lawrence W. Marshall and Edna Shannon Marshall; Brother LW Marshall, Brother and Sister-in-law Billy & Shirley Marshall; Brother and Sister-in-law Jackie and Rose Marshall and 5 Grandchildren. Pallbearers: DL, Jeff, and Colton Cryer, Andrew Dorsey, Adam Harvey and Michael Hawley.
