Deborah Jean Williams passed away on the 3rd of November 2019 in Woodville, Texas due to health complications at the age of 63. She is survived by her son; Jason Nelson, wife Kimberly and grandson Reese, her brothers; Richard Nelson, Bill Nelson, Bob Nelson, Mike Nelson, sister; Barbara Kelly and numerous nieces and nephews. There are too many relatives and friends of hers to list here but she knew that they cared for her deeply. She was also deeply loved by her boyfriend Cliff Welker who cared for her during her illness. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Reba (Baker) Nelson and sister Cheryl Wright. Debbie was born on June 26, 1956 in Montebello, California. After having her son Jason, she and the Nelson family moved to Texas in the late 70’s. Debbie spent most of her working life in the health care industry. She worked in the doctor’s office setting as well as home health. This career path fit her personality and allowed her to show others the caring, funny, energetic and kindhearted person she was. Debbie was known for her infectious laugh and willing to joke and tease anyone anytime. She shared her love with friends and family. She loved her computer games and a good mystery book. Her true love was with any animal she met. She always showed love for dogs especially. From raising basset hounds to finding rescues, she was always surrounding herself with her four-legged friends. She will be cremated in Conroe and her memorial service will be held at a later date. If anyone wishes to attend, please post a message on her Facebook page. If anyone wishes to honor her memory, please donate to her favorite non-profit wolf sanctuary: Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary in Montgomery, Texas.
