She worked hard her whole life. Starting as a young girl she would work in fruit stands, her families auction house, and flea markets to save money to one day go to college. After high school she did what she was told she wouldn’t be able to do because she was legally blind. She went to Pan Am university for child psychology and music, after that she married the only man she ever loved. While the love of her life would sing and play his songs she would write his music for him. They were a great team. Completely opposite and perfectly matched. One of the songs he wrote for her was South Texas Woman. Geneva and Paul, the Love of her life, started and organized The South Texas Music festival to raise scholarship money for kids that wanted to go to college, they gave away over 250 scholarships with money raised at the festivals. She would always tell you a saying to keep you going. "Bad beginnings make Great endings" She left this world to walk with the Angels on February 28th 2022 Please send any flowers or live plants to : 1610 CR 555 Nacogdoches, Texas 75961
