J.D. Crouch Jr.

J.D. Crouch Jr. 72, of Lufkin, Texas, passed away in his home on October 19,2022. J.D. was born to J.D. Crouch Sr. and Kathleen Davenport on January 1, 1950in Cameron, Texas.

J.D. served in the Navy for 40 years. He loved dogs, especially his baby Little Bit. He loved drinking coffee with his special friends at Charlie's Family Restaurant and working in his yard. He loved his special friend Ms. Lou Allen, Ricky, and other friends in his neighborhood.

J.D. was preceded in death by his father; J.D. Crouch Sr., step-dad and mother; Vernon and Kathleen Davenport, two brothers, three sisters, and two nephews.

He is survived by his sister; Doris Spinks of Newton, Texas, adopted sister; Kathy Smith of Newton, Texas, nephew and wife; Amos and Mae Fredregill of Newton, Texas, niece; Tammy Frith of Newton, Texas. Great-nephews; Chris and wife, Hannah Fredregill of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jacob and wife, Baylee Fredregill of Las Vegas, Nevada, Johnathan and wife, Brittany Fredregill of Newton, Texas, other numerous nieces, nephews, great and great-great- nieces and nephews, cousins, and other special friends.
