Jerrel DeWayne Willis Sr. passed away June 19, 2021, at his residence in Broaddus, Tx. Jerrel was a native of Kinder, Louisiana, and a longtime resident of Silsbee. He was a ship fitter for Conrad Industries in Orange, Tx who retired to the lake. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather who loved to spend time with his family fishing, hunting, and having cookouts. He is preceded in death by his parents J.D. Willis and Atha Lee Perkins Willis, sister Betty Sue Willis, and Grandson Patrick Wayne Sales Jr. Survivors include his wife, Donnie Marie Willis of 51 years. Son Jerrel Willis Jr. and wife Michelle Willis of Broaddus, Tx, Son James Willis and wife Dawn Willis of Broaddus, Tx , Daughter Delia Hernandez and husband Jose Hernandez of Silsbee, Tx, 13 Grandkids and 21 Great-Grandkids. Brother's Arthur Dean Willis and Wife Florence Willis of Huntington, Tx, J.Y. Willis and wife Bobby Willis of Silsbee, Tx, Robert Willis of Batson, Tx, Timothy Willis and Phyllis Willis of Huntington, Tx, Daughters Nelda White and husband Gary White and Nelda Walcott all of Kountze, Tx. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m., June 24, 2021, at Bethel Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Pineland, Tx.
