Margaret Alice Moore

Margaret Alice Moore, 89 of Corrigan, Texas, passed away in Lufkin, Texas, on January 10, 2023. Margaret was born in Corsicana, Texas, on August 21, 1933 to Susan Byers Pritchett and Jamie Bell Pritchett. She was one of 8 children, Margaret married Glenn H. Moore and had two daughters, Rhonda and Peggy. She was a devoted wife, mother, memaw and pastor’s wife. Margaret loved arranging flowers, crafts and sewing, but loved reading her bible most of all.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Peggy Moore of Trinity, Texas. Son in law, John Gentry and wife Barbara of Tyler, Texas. Grandson, Danny Gentry and wife Jessica of Ft, Worth, Texas. Granddaughters Jenny Sumner and husband Scott of Arlington, Texas. Chelsey Hall and husband Bubba of Moscow, Texas. Great grandchildren, Mandie Gentry, Trace Hall and Walker Hall. Brothers, Lonnie Pritchett and Butch Pritchett of Gladewater, Texas. Brother and Sister-in-law Grady and Doris Moore of Allen, Texas.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, Susan and Jamie Pritchett; Husband, Glenn H. Moore; Daughter, Rhonda Moore Gentry; Brothers, Buddy Pritchett, Bobby Pritchett, Jerry Pritchett; sisters, Joy Pritchett McKnight and Judy Pritchett See.
