Melissa Fowler

September 10, 1979 — July 29, 2023

Melissa Gail Cutshall, 43, passed away unexpectedly in Houston, TX, on

July 29, 2023.

Melissa was born and raised in Greene County, TN, to Janice Hensley

and the late Johnny Cutshall on September 10, 1979. She graduated from

South Greene High School in 1998. She then started her family and had

two amazing girls. Melissa was a very outgoing individual who was full

of fun and always happy. She enjoyed genealogy and researching her

family background. Melissa worked as a caregiver and loved taking care

of others. It has been ten years since Melissa has been to TN.

Although Melissa's path later in life was not what her family would

have chosen for her, leading her far from her native home, her family

and friends still loved her dearly. She had many struggles along the

way, including dealing with domestic violence. She will be immensely

missed and never forgotten. #domesticviolenceawareness

grandfather, Bruce Lamons Jr.; brother, John Allen Cutshall PFC (AJ);
