Robert Lee Ward

In Loving Memory of:

Robert (Bob) Lee Ward Sr.

Age 80 of Cut-N-Shoot TX, passed on January 13, 2025.

Robert was born to Delmar Lee Ward and Idear Taylor in Nimmons, AR on September 22, 1944.

Robert lost his father at an early age however, went on to help his mother and have a family of his own.

He found his place in the work field as a mechanist and worked for Railroad for many years. 

Robert loved to work on vehicles and taught himself the skills to succeed. 

He built a race car in the 1980's and raced it at the fairgrounds in Roseville, CA.

Robert was many things to many people throughout his life and he never knew a stranger.

This Life is but a test and we all fall short of the Glory of God however; forgiveness is the answer and the way to our true home with the lord, Jesus Christ.

Robert's final resting place will be: Security Cemetery, Cleveland, TX

I hope you carry the beautiful memories of your Robert throughout your life. 

The rain may be falling, but the sun will eventually shine its light on you again.

Father: Delmar Lee Ward, Mother: Idear Taylor, Wife: Judy Ward, Son: Kevin Duane Ward, Sister: Joann Ward, 

Sister: Shirley Ward, Brother: Riley Ward, Brother: Donald Ward, and Sister: Ella Phillips.

Survivors:

Son: Robert Lee Ward Jr., Daughter: Glenda Ann Ward, Sister: Sandra Soini, Brother: Johnny Maulden Jr., 

Sister: Linda Drake. Along with 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Fiancé: Betty Taylor and her children Sherry Wilson, Butch Gann and Bob Gann.

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.
