In memory of Roberta Mae Williams, 92, of Huntington, Texas passed away January 21, 2022. Roberta was born March 17, 1929, in Stephenville, Texas. Roberta met and married Frank J. Williams in December 1946. They were both only children and loved each other dearly. The Lord blessed them with three children. Roberta was a devoted Christian who was always ready to talk about Jesus Christ. She taught many people bible studies and held an important role in the church. She supported missionaries and was always ready to pray for anyone. Roberta received the Holy Spirit and was baptized in 1971. She is lovingly survived by her two sons, Joseph and James Williams; daughter, Rebecca Jean Collins; grandchildren, Kimberly Guthrie-Knight, Leslie Esquibel, Shawna Williams, Derek Collins, James Williams Jr., Benjamin Williams, Angela Shelton, 25 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Lucy Crews, her beloved husband; Frank J. Williams, granddaughter; Tammy Williams, great-grandson; Connor Williams. Special thanks and honor to Reverend Robert Esquibel and his wife Leslie who pastored, cared, and protected her for 20 years. To their son, Robert Esquibel Jr., and daughter, Jessica Esquibel-Garcia who did errands and helped her. To the Pentecostals of Laredo who loved her prayed for her, and checked on her. To Reverend, Joseph Collins, who loved her. Thank you to Huntington Health Care staff who tenderly and compassionately cared for Roberta, and to Harbor Hospice that took great care and compassion for Roberta these last few weeks.
