He now joins his predeceased father, Donald King, his sister, Tina King, and brother, Jeff King in eternal rest.
Ronald was well-regarded for his dedicated service to his country. He began his career in the United States Air Force in 1987, serving as a medical lab specialist, who diligently cared for the injured during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After 30 years working in various medical laboratories, he ended his career at the Charles Wilson VA Clinic in Lufkin. Ronald was respected in his field and his life's work reflected his principles of integrity, responsibility, teamwork and selflessness.
Despite his accomplishments, Ronald remained humble and lived a life that was filled with simple pleasures. He cherished moments of tranquility and relaxation. Whether it was cheering on his favorite sports teams, playing with his dogs, visiting family or cruising around the world with his wife, Ronald tried to find joy in every aspect of his life.
He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, intellect and generosity. His experience and wisdom will continue to guide and inspire those who knew him best.
