Sandra Alene Comer

Sandra Alene Comer 71 passed away Friday February 17, 2023 in Lufkin, Texas. She was born October 3, 1951 in Houston, Texas to parents, Olen Paxton Thornton and Thelma Jean Clampitt Thornton.

Sandra dearly loved being around her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved listening to music, reading the bible, singing and going to church. Sandra loved to travel, crocheting, making jewelry, playing dominos, and word searches.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Michael Comer, her brother, James Wesley Thornton;  daughter, Jennifer Robinson, son-in-law, Andrew Salinas, great-grand son Casey Shawn McGraw, Jr.

Sandra is survived by her children, Thersa Salinas, Dianna McGraw and Christopher White, grandchildren; Andrew Salinas, Jr. and wife Adalia of Lufkin, Stephanie Salinas and husband, Colby Hackett of Lufkin, Casey McGraw and wife Robin, of Lufkin, Samantha Barrow and husband Brad of Lufkin, Sandra Salinas of Tomball, Matthew Salinas of Lufkin. Great-grandchildren, Alexius Marie Salinas, Cristian Anthony Salinas-Hackett, Adrian Rene Salinas, Caleb Xayvion Salinas-Hackett, Briseis Chamille Salinas-Hackett, Aliah Guadalupe Salinas, Nemiah Janae Burnett-Brown, Tanner Lee Barrow, Anayeli Salinas, Amberlyn Nicole McGraw, Jacie Lynn Barrow, Miles Jay Salinas, Alijah Ray Salinas, Jaxon Roy Barrow and Wyatt James McGraw. Sisters, Debra Kay Blanton, and husband Bobby and Rebecca Sue Crain.

Visitation hours will be 10:00 AM Thursday February 23, 2023 in the McNutt Funeral Home Chapel, Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM. In the McNutt Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Blanton officiating.
