Thomas Neal Wiggins

Born August 14, 1929 passed August 01, 2024. Thomas Neal Wiggins served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force, he enlisted at the age of 19 and was honorably discharged on March 27, 1954.

He went on to pursue many interests and retired from Dow Chemical Company in December of 1986.

Thomas Neal Wiggins leaves behind his wife, Sherry Ann Wiggins of 30 years; son, Randall Keith Wiggins and wife, Monica; step-children, Christopher Allen River and wife, Amber, Andy Lee River and wife, Norma, and Christina Ann RIver Martinez and husband, Juan; 13 grandchildren; brother, Billy Wiggins and wife, Becky; sister, Shirley Lout, and nephews, Nicky Wiggins and wife, Megan, Mike Lout and wife, Tricia, Rickey Lout, Barry Lout, the late Shaun Lout and dear friend Sandra Grady.
